Pilates at Black Oak brings the genius of Joseph Pilates' mind-body workouts to the north woods  of Wisconsin.  Located at 5721 South Black Oak Lake Road in Land O' Lakes, Wisconsin, offered are small group classes, privates and duets that will challenge and inspire you to MOVE. The work is designed to re-center your bones, build awareness of your balance, release and lengthen tight bound muscles, and work your breath while articulating your whole body systematically.  You'll feel energized, strong, and mobile.   You'll easily see how the Pilates exercises informs other physical activities you participate in.   Privates and Semi-Privates can be tailored to specific goals such as paddling, tennis, golf, bicycling, hiking, jogging, and weight lifting.

The Pilates at Black Oak studio is spacious, bright, and well equipped.  All mats and equipment are provided for any session.  Top of the line Balanced Body equipment includes Springboards, Chairs, Reformers, the Ped-O-Pull, and Spine Correctors.  Smaller apparatus such as magic circles, moon boxes, foam rollers, Franklin Balls, balance poles, and resistance bands may be added to any class to help you learn particular skills.

If you are new to Team Up, contact Susie at pilatesblackoak@gmail.com to get your personal access and welcome to TeamUp. Previously many clients signed up with an email to Susie at PilatesBlackOak@gmail.com. Clients who have used TeamUp through Winter 2024 have found the system user friendly and simple. Credit Card payments are possible through the TeamUp APP and cash and checks are accepted at the studio.

For Summer Session 2024, the tentative class offering plan is for Reformer I-II, Mat/Floor/Springboard Fusion for Bone Health, Moment Integration, and Reformer II-III Push. Sign up early to get your space in class!
